Products and Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, images, prices and other information about our products.
Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to materials, manufacturing variations, lighting, photography or individual screen settings.
Some images on our website may include AI-generated or digitally created elements, such as backgrounds, room settings or other illustrative surroundings. These elements are used for presentation purposes. We aim to ensure that the products themselves are represented accurately in terms of their design, proportions, colours and relevant product features.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, specifications, prices or other information on our website.
Prices displayed in our online store are normally binding. However, if there is an obvious pricing or product information error which the customer knew or reasonably should have recognised as an error, Scandyna may cancel the affected order. Any payment already collected for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Product availability is subject to stock.
Prices, VAT and Shipping
Prices are shown in the currency indicated in our online store.
For sales to consumers within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT. The applicable VAT rate and VAT amount are based on the EU country to which the order is delivered, in accordance with applicable VAT rules.
Shipping charges shown to consumers within the European Union also include applicable VAT.
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties, import charges or other fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for checking the order confirmation and must contact Scandyna at hello@scandyna.dk as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
We may cancel or reject an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse, or there is an obvious pricing or product information error as described above.
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Scandyna does not charge any extra fees for using the payment methods offered in our online store.
Your bank or card provider may have its own fees, exchange rates or processing times. This can apply when you make a payment, cancel an order or receive a refund.
These conditions are between you and your bank or card provider and are outside Scandyna's control. If you are unsure about any fees or exchange rates, check with your bank or card provider.
Depending on the payment method, the amount may first be reserved on your account before the payment is completed.
Scandyna will never charge more than the total amount confirmed for your order unless you have agreed to an additional payment.
If an order is cancelled, the time it takes for a payment or reservation to be released or returned may depend on your bank or card provider.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout.
All orders are shipped using the delivery options offered by Scandyna. Customer-arranged transport and collection from our warehouse are not available.
Delivery times shown in our online store are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside Scandyna's reasonable control.
Unless a specific delivery date has been agreed, we will deliver your order within the time required by applicable consumer law.
The customer must provide correct and complete information when placing an order. This includes both the customer details and the details for the person receiving the delivery, including name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
Scandyna is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order.
Scandyna is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to the customer or another person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Receiving Your Order
The customer must check the order as soon as possible after delivery.
Check that all products have been received, that the correct products have been delivered and that there is no visible damage to the products or packaging.
If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or not working as expected, contact Scandyna at hello@scandyna.dk as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the problem.
If there is any damage, take clear photos of the damaged product, the outer shipping carton and the product packaging before anything is unpacked further or disposed of.
Keep the original packaging, including the shipping carton, product boxes, inserts and protective materials. These may be needed to document a transport claim or if the product has to be returned. The original packaging is also the safest way to protect loudspeakers and other sensitive products during transport.
Do not dispose of damaged packaging before the matter has been resolved, as Scandyna or the carrier may need photos or other information to handle the claim.
If there is visible transport damage at delivery, this should also be reported to the carrier where possible.
These requirements help us handle delivery problems, returns and transport claims correctly. They do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from a parcel shop, parcel locker or other collection point within the carrier's collection period, or cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the parcel may be returned to Scandyna.
Failure to collect or accept a parcel does not in itself constitute valid notification of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must clearly inform Scandyna by contacting hello@scandyna.dk.
Any actual costs charged to Scandyna for returning an uncollected or undeliverable parcel are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from any refund due.
If you wish to have the order shipped again, the cost of the new shipment must also be paid by the customer.
This does not apply where the failed delivery or return was caused by Scandyna or the carrier and was not attributable to the customer.
Further information is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing through our online store have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order.
For all returns, the customer must contact Scandyna at hello@scandyna.dk before returning a product.
Detailed information about the right of withdrawal, return shipping, the condition of returned products, refunds and uncollected or undeliverable parcels is provided in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
The Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of the terms that apply to purchases from our online store.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, contact Scandyna at hello@scandyna.dk as soon as possible.
Consumers have the legal rights that apply to their purchase under applicable consumer law. These rights may vary depending on the country in which the customer lives.
Scandyna will assess the claim and explain how the matter will be handled. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the customer may be entitled to a replacement, price reduction, refund or another solution required by law.
Scandyna must be contacted before a product is returned. Products must not be sent to Scandyna without prior return instructions.
These rights are separate from Scandyna's 30-day right of withdrawal and are not limited by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Warranty
If a product comes with a warranty from Scandyna, the warranty period and conditions will be shown on the product page or provided with the product.
A Scandyna warranty does not replace or reduce the customer's legal rights under applicable consumer law.
Product Use
Products must be installed, connected and used according to the instructions, specifications and intended use provided by Scandyna.
Damage caused by incorrect use or installation, unauthorised modifications, accidents, external causes or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect where permitted by applicable law.
This does not limit the customer's mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
Scandyna is responsible for its products and orders as required by applicable law.
Scandyna is not responsible for delays, losses, damage or additional costs caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Scandyna is not responsible for problems or damage caused by the customer's use of the product, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications, accidents or external causes. We are also not responsible for problems caused by products, equipment, software or services supplied by other companies, unless Scandyna is responsible under applicable law.
Where permitted by law, Scandyna is not responsible for indirect losses or other losses that could not reasonably have been expected when the order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits Scandyna's responsibility where the law does not allow us to do so. The customer's mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable laws.
The Terms that apply to your purchase are the Terms that were in effect when your order was placed.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and purchases from Scandyna A/S are governed by Danish law.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence give the customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
