Return Policy for Scandyna A/S

At Scandyna A/S, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchases. We understand that occasionally, you may wish to return a product. Below, we detail our returns process to help make it as straightforward as possible.

Return Period

Products purchased from Scandyna A/S can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@scandyna.dk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Shipping Returns

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or defective product please contact us immediately by using the Contact Us form.
