Shipping Outside the EU?  - Use Forward2me for International Deliveries

 

At Scandyna we offer free shipping to all EU countries on orders over EUR 249. For smaller orders below this amount, a shipping fee of approximately EUR 18-20,- applies.

For our international customers outside the EU, including those in the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Middle East, Australia, North America, India and Asia here’s how to use Forward2me to receive your order outside the EU:

Sign Up with Forward2me

• Visit Forward2me’s sign-up page to create an account.
• You’ll receive a unique forwarding address in Germany, which you will use as your delivery address for orders from us.

Place Your Order on Our Webshop

• Select GERMANY as your country.
• During checkout, enter your home address for payment purposes.
• For delivery, enter the GERMANY warehouse address provided by Forward2me. We’ll deliver and cover shipping to this German address on orders over EUR 249,-

Forward the Package to Your Location

• Forward2me will notify you when your package arrives at their Germany warehouse.
• Log into your Forward2me account, confirm the final destination, and select a shipping method to complete the forwarding process.

Prepare for Customs Documentation

• Forward2me’s team will assist you if any customs documents required.
