Wallmounting older Scandyna loudspeakers
New Wallmount fits older models with small adjustments.
Looking for a reliable way to mount your older Scandyna MNP speakers with YELLOW woofers ?
With some simple "handyman" modifications, the new Wallmount can also be used with earlier models such as Scandyna MNP MK1, MK2, and MK3, which all have YELLOW Kevlar woofers.
For these earlier models, you’ll need to attach the Wallmount to your speakers using three wood screws or self-tapping screws of good quality.
This also requires drilling small holes into the speaker base to ensure a secure fit without cracking the plastic.
The instruction manual for the wallmount provides detailed guidance for the assembly.
Please note: the screws shown on page 7 in the instruction manual should be replaced with self-tapping screws that are 65-70mm in length, which you can easily find at your local hardware store.
