I ordered the wrong item – what do I do?

You have two options:

  1. If you have just placed the order, hurry up and send us an email – maybe we have not packed and sent your order yet, and we can therefore cancel your order.
  2. If we have already sent the package from our warehouse or you have already received the package, send us an email regarding that you have ordered the wrong item and want to return it – then we will help you with the return and any guide to order the right product.
