How can I track my package?

When your order is packed at our warehouse, you will receive the track & trace information by email, so you can follow your package.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU countries.

I ordered the wrong item – what do I do?

You have two options:

  1. If you have just placed the order, hurry up and send us an email – maybe we have not packed and sent your order yet, and we can therefore cancel your order.
  2. If we have already sent the package from our warehouse or you have already received the package, send us an email regarding that you have ordered the wrong item and want to return it – then we will help you with the return and any guide to order the right product.

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship goods within 1-2 business days, however, we often ship the same day.

When the item is packed in our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace information by email, so you can follow your package.
